Colli Euganei Rosso D.O.C

The morphology of the Euganean Hills, of volcanic origin and rich in mineral substances, determines the ideal premises for the production of red wines and, this wine is striking specimen. It results from a grape mix of two thirds of Merlot and a third of Cabernet. It is the first D.O.C. Euganea in 1969. It is ruby-red coloured. In the nose, it is prominent, fresh, pleasantly heady, and intense with prominent nuances of red fruits accompanied by a spiced brushstroke. It is optimal, at 18° C, with tasty and humid starters, poultry, white roasted meats, matured cheeses on average.
